Conditions of payment:

• Reservations will be confirmed once we find received the amount of the reserve, which will be the 50 of the amount of activity.
• The payment of the reservation has to be made by bank transfer to our account of La Caixa ES25 2100 4807 4121 0012 7092 or medainte card on our website (booking button!)
• The 50 remaining may be paid by the same means, or in cash in our office the day of the activity.
• For groups larger than 10 pax the remaining amount must be paid at least with 10 days in advance to the date of the activity.
• The concept should include the date and the name of the client. And if invoice proforma or quote number make easier it also.

Cancellation conditions:

No refund will be given if the amount paid for the reservation is equal to or less than 25€.

If the client cancels the activity, he will be entitled to a refund of the amount of the reservation, less a 25% management fee as detailed below:

From 1 to 15 pax:
When the cancellation is made more than 10 days before the start date of the activity, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
When the cancellation is made between 5 and 9 days before the start date of the activity, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
There will be no right to a refund when the deadlines are less than 5 days.

Groups 15 pax or more:
When the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start date of the activity, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
When the cancellation is made between 15 and 29 days prior to the start date of the activity, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
There will be no right to a refund when the periods are less than 15 days.

If we cancel the activity, you have the right to the postponement (just during six months), substituting another activity of your compliance by the same economic value or to a refund of the amount paid. Valencia Adventure reserves the right to modify the activities offered, before or during the activity, due to the conditions of the environment in which and persons involved (meteorology, sudden changes in flow, physical problems of the participants, etc.) in order to ensure safety.

You have to tell us: you have to inform us about possible States of pregnancy, disabilities, cardiovascular diseases or any other type of injury or suffered operation before hiring any activity. You also agree to not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or other medication that could affect your ability to react. To participate in water activities it is essential to know how to swim. In any case, and especially to the activities of advanced level, Valencia Adventure will decide if you meet minimum requirements and can make you a pre-test and reserve the right of admission.

Minors of 16 years old should have authorization of the parents or guardians, or be accompanied by a person who is responsible for them.

Prices are per person and include direct services offered by Valencia Adventure with VAT included force and for the indicated minimum group (if any). Necessary, both individual and collective technical material is included in the price. Every activity specifies necessary 'non-technical' material that the customer must provide for its realization. Keep in mind that Valencia Adventure, certain activities acts as an intermediary for tourist services such as accommodation, restaurants and bars that are provided independently to Valencia Adventure by highly qualified professionals and that also comply with the laws in force in terms of materials and insurance. The materials used for the activities comply with CE regulations as required by law.

Transport: optionally facilitate translocation to or from the place of the activity up to a maximum of 14 persons with an extra cost that varies with the location of each activity and provided that this does not exceed the duration of a day. Your confirmation email will receive the information with the place where you must attend, reached the day and time.

Although we will always help if possible, Valencia Adventure will not be responsible for delays or absences due to the breakdown of the means of transport, traffic or at scheduled times. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible. You will wait for participants who are delayed up to 15 minutes. The responsibility of Valencia Adventure affects exclusively direct work and the Organization of activity by his team.
